Why we like it

A bangin’ local blend of Sauvy B, Semillon & Chenin Blanc fermented in stainless steel. This is a great, no nonsense white from a great winery but there's still enough going on in the bottle to keep things interesting.A balance of stone fruit, passionfruit, snow peas and grassy notes. A classic dry white wine with the tiniest hint of natural sweetness, with racy acid to finish. Certified Biodynamic.
