The grapes were harvested and given 8 hours skin contact before pressing to tank with no additions. After settling, this juice is blended with Muscat à Petits Grains rouges already fermenting in barrel. This release is undisgorged, unfined and unfiltered; light sediment and natural tartrate crystals may remain in the bottle.
