Why we like it

Hailing from Puglia (Thats the heel) of the Italian peninsula, comes this beautiful Fiano that is endemic to the region. An excellent example of what the grape, in the right hands, can be. There is an intense bouquet of white flower, pineapple, ripe apricot and lemon on the nose.

Light and interesting enough to be served as an aperitif but there is a lot going on here and the wine is just crying out to be paired with some barbecued seafood.
