A premium sparkling wine without the price tag. Vasse Felix have gone in all guns blazing in order to produce a sparkling wine of note. This alongside their Blanc de Blanc have put their sparkling wine into a category of its own. There is Australian sparkling and then there is this.

An elegant Rosé of vibrant, light-salmon hues. Aromas of gunsmoke, pink and orange roses, wild strawberries, dried citrus, and subtle notes of old French oak. Light, textural tannins complement flavours of strawberry tart, rhubarb and Aperol. The bead is vivacious, yet soft and creamy.
