Why we like it

An outstanding Pinot Noir from the upper reaches of the Yarra Valley. This Pinot has the usual flavours like dark cherry, red berry and Campari but there is also exotic spices of olive, dried rosemary, pepper and hints of dark chocolate. This wine has a savoury edge and a fine juicy tannin, a supple palate and fresh natural acidity. What’s not to love?
