Why we like it
Another rip roarer of a wine from Memento Mori, they really are at the tip of the spear for cerebral, natural wines utilising lesser known predominantly Italian grape varieties in Australia.
There’s not much Ribolla Giallo knocking around these parts, so generally if we ever see one we pounce and this wine has rewarded us in spades. Orange blossom, jasmine, rose and an underlying snap of cherry. This wine really is a joy to drink, textural, moreish and a fine line of acidity that keeps things nice and fresh.
