Why we like it

Skigh McManus has 20 odd years of vintages tucked under his belt with some of the biggest wineries in Western Australia. in 2016 he struck out on his own with his eponymous Skigh wines. The wines embrace natural ferments, have minimal additions, strive for great structure and double down on drinkability. We love them all.

This is Karridale Pinot noir which is open fermented naturally, hand plunged, coarse filtered and matured for 10 months in French oak. Notes of ripe cherry, savoury spices and minerality. High natural acid and low sulphur. Very Burgundian in its flavour profile.
