Why we like it

The 'Coda' wines or 'the return point', are focused on lively fruit expression, vibrancy and drinkability at a great price. Sub-regionally expressive, varietally characteristic and fruit driven, these wines are made to be enjoyed young and shared often.

Wild fermented in 50% stainless steel and 50% old French barriques, then it went through a partial malolactic fermentation in order to promote a creamier, fuller mouthfeel before finally being left to rest in oak for four months prior to release.

Big ripe, opulent nectarine, pear and green apple makes way to a hint of hazelnut and beeswax on the back end. Great flavour profile and depth a cracking example of what Chardonnay can be.
