Since starting their winemaking journey in 2011, Express winemakers have corralled and courted a fantastic stable of vineyards in order to consistently produce some top juice.
A light, juicy and spicy number from cool climate fruit made by our swoon-worthy mate, Ryan O’Meara. Whole bunch ferment and partial carbonic maceration and complexity. The stalks in the whole bunch ferment give a spice and structure to the perfume of the wine, as well as a slight smokiness that meshes beautifully with the vibrant blueberries and cherry notes that form the core of the wine.
